05-13 Upon my arrival in Chicago for six days, I discovered these tulips in a planter lit by artificial light. It was one of my first encounters with "gifted light."
04-26-14 The late afternoon Sun streaming through these leaves was captivating.
Light catching on the leaf
10-24-14 The setting Sun caught the tattered leaf with its brilliant light
Fall leaves in golden light
12-14-15 Tiny fall leaves glisten in the Setting Sun's golden light.
Leaves in the golden light
12-14-15 Dainty leaves glistened in the golden light of the setting Sun.
07-02-14 Tonight I stopped to take pictures of the bold sunflowers on P'tree in the last minutes of daylight. FUN, a police car pulled into the lot withi his blue light on and gave an added dimension to the picture!
07-02-14 Another capture with the blue police car lights shining on the sunflower patch. NO EDITS, no cropping, only a bit of a vignette.
07-02-14 WOW - look at how the sunflower bud appears painted in the blue light! The only different camera setting is a 2200 ISO where the others are a 320 ISO. NOTE: I would swear to you I did not change the ISO; further proof is the pictures on either side were 320 ISO yet this one is 2200. Angels @ play!
