Food photography is one of my inspirations for creating a home photo studio in my rather small eclectic condo. It is rewarding to play in the kitchen and then capture the culinary endeavor in a publishable image.

Fennel-Rosemary Porchetta
11-29-19 After 24 hours in the refrigerator, the Fennel-Rosemary Porchetta is ready for five hours-plus in the oven.
Out of the oven
11-29-19 After nearly six hours in a 300-degree oven, the porchetta reached the desired 195-degree internal temperature. Now to let it "rest" for an hour. Perfect timing to roast the sliced fennel bulbs in the pan drippings and make a divine sauce.
