Duck Confit Explorations
CELEBRATION, Holly-style: January 27, 2018, marks the 15-year anniversary of the last Executive Catering & Events delivery! As I owned EC&E for 15 years, today is the turning point for being a "free woman" longer than I was devoted to EC&E!
So, in honor of the milestone day, I embarked on my duck confit adventure today. The duck confit is the FIRST time I baked | cooked something with a planned photo shoot. It took six weeks to find the duck legs so there was plenty of planning time!
