Colony Cover Microforest Volunteers

Around 100 local residents volunteered to assist with planting the 4000 trees in the one acre Colony Cove microforest. Volunteers included Equity Lifestyle employees, Manatee County Master Gardeners, Climate First Bank associates, Sarasota Bay Rotary Club members, Florida Vets for Common Sense members, Solutions to Avoid Red Tide executives, New College professor and students, and passionate local residents.
